The Spiritual War

Jesus and God’s army conduct war to annihilate the beast and his army.
When the beasts have been captured, they go to war against dragon.

When God’s army is complete, an angel comes down out of heaven, with a great chain in his hand, and seizes the dragon and bounds in the Abyss. (Revelation 20:1-2) Then, the soldiers of Heaven are trained for a thousand years. When the thousand years are over, Satan will be released from his prison, and the spiritual war between God and the Devil begins. (Revelation 20:7)

At first, the dragon allows the beast to exercise his authority for forty-two months, (Revelation 13:4-5) and the beast overpowers and kills the Overcomer and conquers the 144,000. (Revelation 11:7, 13:7)

After forty-two months, the holy men recover (Revelation 15:2), and the armies of heaven follow the Lamb, riding on white horses and dressed in fine linen, white and clean. (Revelation 19:14) Then, the beast and the false prophet are to be thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur, and the rest of the beast’s armies slain by sword. (Revelation 19:20-21)

When the beast is destroyed, Satan himself will lead his armies, which number like the sand on the seashore, and surround the camp of God’s people. (Revelation 20:8-9) But fire shall rain from the sky and devour them, and the Devil shall be cast into the lake of burning sulfur, concluding the war between God and the Devil. (Revelation 20:10)
